principles
Principles that define your brand’s decisions are non-negotiable, be willing to fail or succeed by them.
We help you and your team define brand principles and other non-visual brand assets.
intended destination
Drop this in a bowl and let it simmer over the weekend.
The journey of an entrepreneur is never a success every time. You’ve heard the destination is the journey before, and yes, many times, the journey is what we remember most.
For entrepreneurs, we see the destination as something that will change lives; our customers’ lives, our family’s lives, and even our lives. So failure to us is letting more than just ourselves down.
We had failed plenty before success and even failed a few times after success.
Yes, there is solace in knowing the lessons we learned during a failure will help us build success next time, but this quote hit us extra hard. It leads us to the reality that we may have inspired someone, taught someone or helped someone along our way to failure. Yes, this makes the journey to the destination that we did not reach even sweeter.
Who was inspired by your failure?
product videos
Businesses all over Central Texas are starting to understand the power of great photos and video content.
Quality content means clear, professionally setup images and video taken with the best audio and using clear “storytelling” style editing.
We are once again in Temple filming video of new motorcycles that just hit the showroom floor. We film every new bike that Bell County Motoworks receives on a weekly basis.
If you have some time check out the Bell County Motoworks YouTube page. We have been instrumental in coaching, designing and producing their entire content library.
video production
Our video production team here in Austin has been so busy over the last 30 days. They have spent the last few weeks helping our client, Bell County Motoworks in Temple, build up their YouTube presence.
At the beginning of April, they had just two videos on their Youtube channel. Now they have over 35.
Our team filmed, edited, and produced all the content. It’s great to see clients respond to our consulting by implementing our ideas to help grow their online presence.
learn to lead from the middle
Middle managers have a tough job these days. Learning to lead from the middle can help your company thrive.
Step one: Stop being concerned about your status inside the company. When in a meeting or one on one don’t think about who likes you or who your alliances are with. This thought process alone frees up your thinking.
Step two: Genuinely ask for knowledge. Show your team, your group, your manager vulnerability. It’s very scary but showing you don’t know everything gives freedom for others to ask for knowledge as well. Ask others to teach you things. Express gratitude when a team member offers the knowledge you didn’t have. Create honest humility in yourself.
Step three: Build a culture within the 15 feet of your desk that accepts mistakes as fuel for brilliance.
